Our Treats |Desserts are produced in a kitchen handling nuts, dairy, eggs, & gluten. By remitting  payment,  you are agreeing to hold Ketrell’s Cake Pops and Treats harmless for any allergic reactions.

Please review your order details carefully, as we cannot make changes once your order is placed. This includes “any” modifications to your order (qty, adjustments, shipping address) If the shipping address provided is incorrect,  we will process a refund only if your order hasn’t already shipped.

Orders placed to addresses outside the US or P.O. Boxes will be refunded. If you are sending your order to your work address, please ensure you will be available to receive your package as UPS or USPS can deliver outside of your work schedule. We are not responsible for missed deliveries or replacements. 

Carrier Delay:

KCPT takes enormous pride in every product we offer and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition on the requested delivery date. While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh and frozen food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of UPS or USPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.

KCPT is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.

Refrigerate your dessert jars. cake pops, apples and oreos upon arrival. Our dessert jars are best when served chilled. Cake pops, Oreos, Apples and Pretzel Rods can be enjoyed at room temperature. Must be kept cool as chocolate will soften before melting. If you will enjoy your treats & desserts at a later time, please refrigerate all your treats except the pretzel rods.

As a result of the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or wish for you to make any effort on returning it to us.  In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, please contact Ketrell’s Cake Pops and Treats at: info@ketrellscakepopsandtreats.com.

At this time, we currently only ship our Treats & Desserts within the United States.

Our delicious, creamy frozen cheesecake bars are packaged in an insulated container with dry ice and shipped overnight via UPS. This product item must be shipped separately. NO other products can be included in this special packaging. This product item MUST be shipped Overnight ONLY.

Note: There is an additional $8 cost for insulated packaging and dry ice.
