Should cupcakes be refrigerated? In most cases, cupcakes don't require storing them in the fridge. However, if yours are frosted with cream cheese or filled, and either contains eggs, dairy, or custard, refrigeration is required and should be wrapped tightly in seal wrap. Upon serving, please remove from the fridge 30-60 minutes prior to serving. Cupcakes with Buttercream icing, should only be stored at room temperature for up to two days. Frosted cupcakes can be kept in the fridge for about 4-5 days before they start to get hard and dry out.
Our Cakes will always be delivered to you cold and should be refrigerated up until 60 minutes or more prior to serving. Cakes should NOT be left in warm or hot temperatures to avoid a cake from collapsing, sliding and or melting.
Chocolate dipped strawberries can be kept in the refrigerator for several days when stored properly, though ideally, you'll want to enjoy them within 48 hours. Cover them in wax paper and store them in an airtight container so that the fruit won't go bad.
Cake Pops should be refrigerated until 45 min to 1 hour until serving and should not be left out in warm or hot temperatures. Cake Pops is binded cake dipped in chocolate. When left out in warm, hot temperatures for longer than 10 minutes, this treat will melt and won’t be as enjoyable. The consistency changes in the cake creating a brownie type texture. They are best when the cake is firm after being refrigerated.
These treats do NOT require refrigeration but must be kept in a cool place. Pretzels, Candied Popcorn and Rice Krispies are best when kept in its original packaging if not eaten right away to guarantee freshness. Apples should be refrigerated if you will not eat them right away. Once refrigerated, please let your apple sit out in room temperature for 15 minutes or more to allow the caramel to soften. Our Caramel Chocolate Apples are most enjoyable when following these instructions.
Dessert and Cake Shooters should be refrigerated as they are best when served chilled. These desserts should NOT be displayed in warm or hot temperatures. Most of our desserts are prepared with homemade whip cream, fresh fruit or buttercream and require refrigeration. If displaying our Desserts at your event, in a cool or air conditioned space, please do not let these items sit out for more than 45 minutes prior to serving as textures can change and affect the taste. Enjoy these desserts within 72 hours to guarantee freshness. However, our desserts are best when eaten within the first 24 hours.
Our Granny Smith Apples are prepared with skewers that may have sharp points and our Cake Pops are prepared with treat sticks.
