Our Policy & Terms & Conditions

A 100% NON-refundable deposit is due when placing an order with a minimum of $200.00. Payment is due in full at the time of reservation, otherwise, your order will be cancelled. If you do not have all your order details in place upon making a reservation, we will accept a non-refundable minimum order deposit in the amount of $200.00 to secure your event date. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to your balance upon finalizing your order. If your event is more than 30 days out, we will allow up to (7) calendar days to make your final selections. If your order is due in less than 30 days, you must have all your order details in place and payment is due in full. Once your order has been finalized and paid in full, we will not accept any modifications once supplies are on order. Otherwise, changes or alterations are subject to additional charges for labor and or materials. Upon processing your payment, you have agreed to these terms and conditions. If your event is cancelled, it must be cancelled within 1 week and there is a $75 cancellation fee. You will also be responsible for payment of any "special" supplies ordered specifically for your event and this cost will be deducted from your non-refundable deposit. You must reschedule your event WITHIN 30 days, pending my availability, excluding weekdays and Holidays or Holiday weekends. If rescheduling exceeds 30 calendar days, you forfeit ALL payments made. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. If Ketrell’s Cake Pops and Treats has to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be processed within 72 hours.

I require a minimum of 2 weeks for smaller orders and 30 days or more on larger orders with a $200.00 minimum, excluding my supplies that require a "RUSH” fee will be the responsibility of the client and the fee(s) will be added to your invoice. Payment must be made at the time of reservation.

Short Notice or RUSH orders will have a $100 fee associated with the cost of your order. You are also responsible for any shipping costs for RUSH delivery. Orders must be paid in full at the time of your reservation. Short Notice or RUSH orders are Non- Refundable. 

Please plan accordingly when having an outdoor event in warmer temperatures. Many of our Treats & Desserts are prepared with dairy products or chocolate which can affect the quality, taste of your desserts and melting of your treats. While traveling with our Treats & Desserts, you MUST have a functioning air conditioning system. Rolling your windows down without air conditioning will result to melting and or softening of your Treats. Please keep in mind, chocolate will melt in warmer weather conditions. Ketrell's Cake Pops and Treats is NOT responsible for poor planning of any client. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Please note that this Policy and the Price List may be subject to modifications and change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
